The Dangers of MILK !!

In Summary:

Of all the mammals, humans’ milk has the lowest protein content and the lowest ratio of casein to whey. Dairy products contribute to cholesterol. Both the fat and the protein in milk are extremely highly associated with an increase in cholesterol in the body. Vegans have a better cardiovascular status than vegetarians who consumed dairy products. Iron deficiency is more likely to occur on a dairy rich diet. Insulin dependent diabetes (Type I) is linked to dairy products. A Harvard study found that when dairy products consumption exceeds the enzymes’ capacity to break down galactose, there is a build up of galactose in the blood, which may affect a woman’s ovaries, linking to Ovarian cancer. Milk is one of the most common food allergies. Like other products from animals, breast secretions contain frequent contaminants, from pesticides to drugs. North American Whites and White Europeans are generally not lactose intolerant.  he break down of lactose results in two components, these been glucose and galactose. Unfortunately after a human has weened, the enzyme Beta-Galactosidase is not produced in the human body. In effect galactose is not broken down but stored in the skin and the eyes. Galactose deposits in eye over time results in damage of the lens of the eye, leading to cataracts. Casein is a very hard protein to digest, requiring a very specialised enzyme.

In infants, the most important development is the brain and nervous system. Casein is only useful for muscular and skeletal development, not brain. The protein in cow’s milk is geared for their own species and is not fit for human consumption. Drinking cow’s milk may weaken immune function in children and lead to problems with recurring infections. Breast feeding provides correct antibodies, correct white blood cells and lactoferrin which blacks E.Coli bacteria growth.

Osteoporosis is caused by a number of things, one of the most correlated being too much dietary dairy protein. Iowa (a dairy state) has a higher rates than the national average for human leukemias in the US. The top dairy consuming countries in the world have the highest rate of breast cancer, prostate cancer and osteoporosis; these been Norway and Switzerland. Just 4 glasses of milk a week will increase the probability of having prostate cancer in Men by 2.5 times. Many diseases such as tuberculosis, brucellosis, diphtheria, scarlet fever, Q-fever and gastro-enteritis are transmissible by milk products. Dairy products are associated with other symptoms; Chronic fatigue, hyperactivity, respiratory difficulties, early atherosclerosis, acne, rheumatoid arthritis. Only 25% of the calcium in cow’s milk is absorbed by the body. Cheese for example requires up to 8– 12 hours digestion time in the stomach at a very low pH of 1, which is extremely acidic. This increase in acid load requires the need for the body to create calcium carbonate to neutralise this acid. This calcium carbonate actually is drawn from your bones. So dairy actually depletes calcium from your bones. Milk and dairy products are not fit for human consumption especially infants.

Meditation and its Dangers

The meditation industry today promotes and claims that Eastern meditation offers many mental, physical and spiritual benefits. I wish to examine the religious roots of this practise and see if there are any mentally or emotionally reported dangers.

Some of the typical health benefits promoted are; stress reduction, mental relaxation, self healing, reduction in blood pressure, aids in anxiety and depression, heightened awareness of the inner self, the ability to look within and beyond the body and mind, consciousness shift, spiritual awakening and the discovery of powers to manifest wills and desires.

My research from case studies and testimonies, including Biblical understandings, have led me to believe that TM and Yoga type meditation is actually a Hindu religious service. It was designed to encourage spiritual detachment from the body for the purpose of contacting Hindu spirits. With this known intent, it is nothing more than spiritualism. We also discover the original purpose of Eastern meditation was for the use of only the elders, for the preparation of death. Studies also show it has the potential to trigger serious mental and emotional conditions.

The documentations below illustrates the potential mental and emotional dangers of this practise.

What is often overlooked is that these Eastern meditation techniques were never meant to be methods to reduce stress and bring about relaxation.

He (Dr. Lorin Roche, a meditation teacher) points out that meditation techniques that encourage detachment from the world were intended only for monks and nuns. He has spent thirty years doing interviews with people who meditate regularly and says many were depressed. He says they have tried to detach themselves from their desires, their loves, and their passion. “Depression is a natural result of loss, and if you internalize teachings that poison you against the world, then of course you will become depressed.”

Dr. Solomon Snyder, head of neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University, warns that during meditation the brain releases serotonin. This may help those with mild depression but too much serotonin can cause, in some, a paradoxical relaxation-induced anxiety. Instead of relaxing during meditation, these people become distressed and may even have panic attacks. Snyder says that in some cases of schizophrenia, meditation can launch a person straight into psychosis.

Dr. Michael Persinger, a professor of neuroscience at the Laurentian University in Canada, studied 1,018 meditators in 1993 and found that meditation can bring on symptoms of complex partial epilepsy such as visual abnormalities, hearing voices, feeling vibrations, or experiencing automatic behaviors such as narcolepsy. Note that epileptic patients who suffer from seizures in the temporal lobes have auditory or visual hallucinations, which they often interpret as mystical experiences. Some are convinced that they conversed with God.

Geoffrey Dawson, a Sydney-based Zen meditation teacher and psychotherapist, has come across twenty people who had mentally distressing experiences as a result of attending courses at the Goenka Vipassana Retreat Center in Blackheath (located in the Blue Mountains of Australia). Dawson says these meditators became fragmented rather than integrated and their experiences included panic attacks, depressive episodes, or both that in most cases persisted months after the retreat ended. There were also some manic episodes, one of which later became diagnosed and treated as a bipolar disorder. Dawson was also contacted by a woman whose daughter had been to a retreat. Her friends and family noticed she became withdrawn and obsessive afterwards. Her psychological condition deteriorated and some months later she became psychotic. Within eighteen months she was hospitalized and committed suicide.

Even more alarming is that there has long been evidence that meditation can have an unambiguously negative effect on some of those who take it up – something that rarely, if ever, gets mentioned in popular press articles on the subject. In one study (Shapiro, DH, Adverse effects of meditation: a preliminary investigation of long-term meditators. Int J Psychosom 1992 39:62-7), two thirds of the subjects experienced some kind of adverse effect, ranging from increased anxiety to depression and a sense of disconnection from reality. Seven percent reported profoundly disturbing and lasting side effects.

Long periods of meditation or meditation that has been done improperly may lead to negative psychological or physical effects. Psychosis, dissociation and uncomfortable sensations are all possible side effects of meditation. Meditation often helps to release emotions. If powerful emotions are released, it could cause psychological effects. Some individuals also may experience depression, panic, anxiety or confusion. A study at Stanford Research Institute in the 70s found that adverse effects such as antisocial behavior, confusion, depression, anxiety, frustration, emotional stability, tension, restlessness and procrastination correlated with the amount of time spent in transcendental meditation. Warnings persist through religious and literary texts that meditation is not an easy path, but rather one with many challenges.

Not everything of a spiritual nature is good for us. Any time we venture into spiritual explorations we desperately need discernment. During the height of Transcendental Meditation fad in the 70′s, the TM instructors also had the highest suicide rate of any trainers in a spiritual system. TM is just recycled Hinduism which, at the heart of the system, inductees are given a mantra which is a past Hindu god which is to be chanted unnumbered times each day leading into peaceful bliss. These findings indicate that we are not dealing with something as simple as mind and body relaxation techniques. Clearly Eastern meditation has a real potential to cause mental and emotional problems. A recap of these dangers; depression, schizophrenia, psychosis, partial epilepsy, narcolepsy, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, increased anxiety, a sense of disconnection from reality, antisocial behaviour, confusion, emotional instability, restlessness, procrastination, aggravation of neurosis, acceleration of disease processes and even suicide.

A short history lesson on yoga:

Yoga is an ancient Hindu religious system of meditation and discipline. Yoga practice is central to Hinduism and Buddhism. The term “yoga” means “union” or “yoke” in Sanskrit. Yoga philosophy maintains that yoga is a method for helping one achieve union of self consciousness with the “Universal Consciousness” (i.e., the chief Hindu deity, Brahma, the impersonal force of the universe).

Enlightenment occurs with the realization that self and Brahma are one (i.e., you are god). “A person is said to have achieved yoga, the union with the Self, when the perfectly disciplined mind gets freedom from all desires, and becomes absorbed in the Self alone.” Bhagavad-Gita 6.18. A yogi utilizes physical exercises, controlled breathing, vegetarian dieting, relaxation methods, and meditation techniques to enter altered states of consciousness, thereby opening himself up to spirit contact with Hindu deities

Hatha Yoga is the popular “physical yoga” practiced by millions of Americans today. It is a branch leading to Raja Yoga, the psychological yoga of the mind. As one progresses through Hatha Yoga, the practitioner “becomes wise like a god,” according to Yoga Swami Svatmarama in the HYP Ch.4.71. “The (real) Yogi becomes the creator and destroyer of the universe, like God. “ Ch.4.76. Yoga is motivated by a spirit that inspires self-deification in the practitioner with a promise of reincarnation. One may enter a spiritual realm where he experiences delusions, out-of-body feelings, contact with spirits, demonic oppression, and possibly demonic possession.

We find that TM (transcendental meditation) and Yoga actually promotes emotional and mental detachment, encouraging a spiritual union of the self consciousness with a universal consciousness, known in Hindu as Brahma, better known as the cosmic “christ” in more modern new age movements, not to be confused with Jesus Christ, Son of God. This theology has its roots in paganism, teaching the pantheistic view that god is an impersonal entity which exists only in nature and in the universe.

Universal cosmic karma and the theological view of reincarnation plays a vital role in this doctrine, which has deep roots in the occult. This religious doctrine concerning the continuous recycled of the spirit is rebutted in the Bible, and believed to be one of the original lies of the devil.

Dave Hunt explains that one of the dangers of this Eastern meditation practise is contact with unholy spirits. It is absolutely frightening to see so many services advertising meditation as a tool for speaking with spirit guides, ghosts and the diseased. TM meditation, either with or without the intent, can lead to contact with these demonic spirits.

According to Father Jeremy Davies, exorcist for the leader of Catholics in the UK, yoga puts people at risk from devils and the occult is closely associated with the scourges of “drugs, demonic music and pornography” which are “destroying millions of young people in our time”. Clairvoyance is clear hearing. This allows me to hear sounds, including voices, that come from the spirits. Mostly what I hear is information in my mind’s voice. The best way I can describe it is to imagine you are reading a book, and at the same time having a thought like, “Did I turn the stove off?” I have two voices happening in my mind, one being my own thought voice which I have to bring down through meditation, and the other voice which would be the other side coming through.

A couple of nights ago, I decided to go into deep meditation again. I don’t know what this is or what you call it, but I’ve had a few experiences where I’ve gone so deeply into meditation that I feel like I’m travelling. It’s almost unexplainable, but it’s an incredibly blissful experience; it’s like a communication with God… the outside world is blocked out and you get this light/tingling sensation. It felt wonderful, but all of a sudden I had a vision of these shadow figures coming towards me. I became intensely afraid and came out of the meditation. Even when I came out of the meditation, at first I couldn’t shake this kind of despairing fear – I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s like a kind of fear you feel you can’t escape from. I was very cold and nauseous and couldn’t stop shivering.. What were these figures and why did they affect me like that? I felt like I was attacked… Ever since then, I’ve still felt a sinister presence nearby at times, but I’ve tried to shut things out because that experience really terrified me. Is there a way to protect myself (and my family, I don’t want to think about things like that around my children) during meditation, or should I stop meditating and try to turn off my sensitivities again? Are these dark beings demons or something else, and why did they come after me?

What is the Biblical definition of a Demon:

The Greek form, rendered “devil” in the Authorized Version of the New Testament. Daemons are spoken of as spiritual beings (Matthew 8:16; 10:1; 12:43-45) at enmity with God, and as having a certain power over man (James 2:19; Revelation 16:14). They recognize our Lord as the Son of God (Matthew 8:20; Luke 4:41). They belong to the number of those angels that “kept not their first estate,” “unclean spirits,” “fallen angels,” the angels of the devil (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 12:7-9). They are the “principalities and powers” against which we must “wrestle” (Ephesians 6:12).

In the Gospels generally, in ( James 2:19 ) and in Rev 16:14 the demons are spoken of as spiritual beings, at enmity with God, and having power to afflict man not only with disease, but, as is marked by the frequent epithet “un-clean,” with spiritual pollution also. They “believe” the power of God “and tremble,” ( James 2:19 ) they recognized the Lord as the Son of God, ( Matthew 8:29 ; Luke 4:41 ) and acknowledged the power of his name, used in exorcism. In the place of the name of Jehovah, by his appointed messengers, ( Acts 19:15 ) and looked forward in terror to the judgement to come. ( Matthew 8:29 ) The description is precisely that of a nature akin to the angelic in knowledge and powers, but with the emphatic addition of the idea of positive and active wickedness.

These demonic entities can also be understood through the Biblical warning in Deuteronomy 18:9-12, particularly concerning the consulting of familiar spirits, and necromancing (communication with the deceased) which were passed as an abomination, simply because God does not want anyone at risk of possession or gaining confidence in these unholy spirits.

When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

The Bible teaches us that the fallen angles, from the old testament are the entities responsible for masquerading as false deities throughout history. Whether they were known as teachers from above, ascended masters, spirit guides or even intergalactic aliens, these entities have always being at work to bring in a strong unbelief against the spirit of God and are stronger than ever working behind the scenes in today’s western cultures through the New Age movement. These forms of meditation also encourages the chanting of mantras, which are designed to attract and worship these very same unholy spirits, which God does not want you to have relations with.

The Bible also describes several cases in which demons are expelled from a possessed person. One example is found at Mark 1:23-26, which says that Jesus cast out a demon from a man in a crowd. There is another example at Luke 8:26-40, which describes how Jesus expelled several demons from a single man. Other biblical passages which mention casting out demons include Luke 8:2-3 and Mark 9:17-30. The existence of demons is consistent with historical worship systems and the Biblical teachings.

And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, 24Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.

Dhyana or yoga meditation involves concentrating on the void, on emptiness, as opposed to Christian meditation, which involves meditating on Biblical principles and doctrine for the sake of seeking and understanding what is true and pure. The Bible clearly outlines that we do not pray in continuous repetitions nor in tongues, rather we speak intelligently, sincerely with full consciousness. Christian meditation is required for seeking protection against unholy influences, for seeking the Lord’s merciful nature to actively intervene with our troubles and a means to testify through the blood of Jesus Christ the promise of redemption and blessings.

The purpose of Christian meditation is to bring individuals to repentance of sin and guide them in a fuller understanding of the truth. Whether it be for one’s own spiritual progress, or for the glory of Christ, or for the prosperity of God’s interests upon earth, it must always be in line with the word.

The new age industry is also thriving today selling meditative items and merchandise, such as sage and other herbs for the purpose of burning, singing bowls or bells, crystals, birth stones, word stones, gem stones and chakra charms. These items simply do no provide any protection or enlightenment and unfortunately one puts them selves in a very vulnerable spiritual position, by not realising they are in fact receiving a Hindu church service every time they practise these meditative techniques.

The new age movement is just a modern term for the old age Babylonian occult, and is growing on a global scale, in line with prophesy and naively accepted as a reliable health practise. I encouraging anyone who practices Eastern meditation to be weary of its Hindu roots and its religious intentions, and realise that only your own personal relationship with Jesus, Son of God, can only protect you, heal you and bring truthful spiritual knowledge. Although many people who practice these meditation techniques may be very sincere in their desire to build a relationship with God, they don’t in fact realise they are putting them selves in a dangerous spiritual position and separating them selves further from the Lord.

Healthy Habits

A healthy dietary lifestyle and adequate exercise is the key to achieving an overall healthy outcome. I do believe education is important and people have the right to know which foods may contribute to heart disease and cancers, and which foods are vital to avoid nutritional deficient diseases.

Having a big healthy breakfast, an average sized lunch and a small dinner is another interested concept. People who skip breakfast have a 2.5 times greater probability of clot forming potential, which may lead to heart attacks. Studies have shown that big breakfast eaters show; more efficient problem solving, improved memory, increased verbal fluency, and better attention span. Eat more alkaline forming foods rather acid forming. Generally avoid mixing fruit and vegetable in meals. Legumes, grains and nuts are compatible with either fruit or vegetables. Try not to eat between main meals to allow each cycle of food digestion to complete without interruptions to help reduce fermentation in the stomach.

Emotional balance is an important part of a general healthy lifestyle and does seem to have physical effects on the body. Emotion responses to our experiences effects the neural net in our brains. These thought process emotions reinforces chemical bonds through the hypothalamus, which is a mini factory in the brain that produces peptides. It is a place that assembles protein based chemicals called peptides, based on emotional experiences such as anger, love, anxiety, stress, fear etc. As these peptides swim freely through our brain stream, they dock on receptors found on every living cell in our bodies. These keys have the capacity to chances and control a cell’s function and property. This can be a primary reason for emotional addictions or problems with past and present fears. Thus our emotions trigger these physically/chemical addictions which can lead to organ function undernourishment. It is a key component in understanding Chinese qigong healing through emotional control.

Exercise and rest is important in our busy lifestyles. Sleep at least 7+ hours a night and make sure you exercise regularly. Avoid Hormone Replacement Therapy, as synthetic or extracted chemicals that contain estrogen are carcinogenic.Physical therapeutic techniques helps maintain a healthy body. Some of the more popular ones are as follows;

Acupuncture is a technique of inserting and manipulating fine filiform needles into specific points on the body to relieve pain or for therapeutic purposes. These acupuncture points are situated on meridians along which qi, the vital energy, flows. Acupuncture; stimulates the release of pain-relieving endorphins, influences the release of neurotransmitters (substances that transmit nerve impulses to the brain), influences the autonomic nervous system, stimulates circulation and influences the electrical currents of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage is a technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber’s of the muscles, tendons and fascia. The technique is used to force blood out of muscles for recycling through the heart, while inviting fresh blood full of nutrients to replenish the muscles.

Osteopathy therapy is based on the assumption that restoring health is best accomplished by manipulating the skeleton and muscles. The theory involves the principles that; he body is a unit, and the person represents a combination of body, mind, and spirit, the body is capable of self-regulation self-healing and health maintenance, and structure and function are reciprocally interrelated.

Chiropractic therapy is a health care approach and profession that emphasizes diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system (especially the spine), under the hypothesis that these disorders affect general health via the nervous system. Traditionally, chiropractic theraoy assumes that a vertebral subluxation or spinal joint dysfunction interferes with the body’s function and its innate intelligence.

In a review of 64 studies in 98 flu seasons, For elderly living in nursing homes, flu shots were non-significant for preventing the flu. For elderly living in the community, vaccines were not (significantly) effective against influenza, ILI or pneumonia.

What about the new Swine Flu shot?

A new report from a WHO advisory group predicts that global production of vaccine for the novel H1N1 influenza virus could be as much as 4.9 billon doses a year, far higher than previous estimates. The report says that vaccine makers are expected to produce about 780 million doses of seasonal flu vaccine for the northern hemisphere’s 2008-09 flu season for the

June 12 Announcement: The new H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine is going to be made by Novartis. It will probably be made in PER.C6 cells (human retina cells) and contain MF59, a potentially debilitating adjuvant.  MF-59 is an oil-based adjuvant primarily composed of squalene, Tween 80 and Span85. All oil adjuvants injected into rats were found toxic. All rats developed an MS-like disease that left them crippled, dragging their paralyzed hindquarters across their cages.

Is Mandatory Vaccination Possible?

1946: US Public Health Service was established and EO 9708 (Executive Order) was signed, listing the communicable diseases where quarantines could be used. 1946 and 2003, cholera, diphtheria, TB, typhoid, smallpox, yellow fever, & viral hemorrhagic fevers were added.

April 4, 2003: EO 13295 added SARS to the list.

April 1, 2005: EO 13295 added “Influenza caused by novel or re-emergent influenza viruses that are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic.” EO 13295 also: The president gave the Sec. of HHS the power to quarantine, his or her discretion. Sec of HHS has the power to arrange for the “apprehension and examination of persons reasonably thought to be infected.” A cough or a fever could put a person at risk for being quarantined for an extended period of time without recourse.

January 28, 2003: Project BioShield was introduced during Bush’s State of the Union Address. This created permanent and indefinite funding authority to develop “medical countermeasures.”

The NIH was given authority to speed approval of drugs and vaccines. Emergency approval of a “fast tracked” drug and vaccine can be given without the regular course of safety testing.

December 17, 2006: Division E: The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act was added as an addendum to Defense Appropriations Bill HR 2863 at 11:20p on Saturday night, long after House Committee members

had signed off on the bill and gone home for the holidays. Section (b)(1) states:

The Sec of HHS can make a determination that a “disease, health condition or threat” constitutes a public health emergency. He or she may then recommend “the manufacture, testing, development, administration, or use of one or more covered counter measures…” A covered countermeasure defined as a “pandemic product, vaccine or drug.”

Division E also provides complete liability protection for all drugs, vaccines or biological products deemed a “covered countermeasure” and used for an outbreak of any kind.

Complete liability protection has been given to drug companies for any product used for any public health emergency declared by Sec of HHS.

Pharma is now protected from all accountability, unless “criminal intent to do harm” can be proven by the injured party. They are protected from liability even if they know the drug will be harmful.

What can I do?

These are just a few suggestions; please come up with more of your own! Add to this list and spread the word.

  • Give this information to everyone you know and love.
  • Contact local first responders (EMTs, Paramedics, Fireman, etc). Tell them what is will be in the flu shots and that *they* will be the first ones to get it.
  • Contact local police and discuss concerns about mandatory vaccination. You go to church and to the grocery store with these folks and their kids play with your kids. They are not “scary” people. Take them coffee and a treat to get in the door…
  • Contact local city council members about your liberties. You need their support to maintain your right to refuse.
  • Write a small article for LOCAL, community newspapers. Watch for samples on
  • Have at least 3 weeks of food and water at your house and be prepared to voluntarily self-quarantine of given no other options.
  • Stock up on Vitamin D3 (3000 IU per person), Vitamin A, Vitamin C, etc and homeopathics for the flu

    Dietry Health: What to Consume


    A diet that contains an abundance of legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables will supply a superb blend of nutrients.

    In order of most valuable food sources, eat :

    2.Nuts & seeds
    3.Fortified vegetable proteins such as soy milk
    4.Vegetables and greens
    5.Fruits (fresh, dried and juiced)
    6.Grains and breads (whole grains)


    There is a wide variety of legumes on the market — both dried and canned. The main types are; Adzuki beans, Anasazi beans, Black beans, Black-eyed peas, Chickpeas, Green soybeans, soy nuts, Fava beans, Lentils, Lima beans, Red kidney beans, Shoots like Alfalfa and even peanuts. Legumes should be the most important food staple in everyones diet. Legumes provide the world’s largest source of vegetable protein, most are low fat and have a low glycaemic index (GI). Legumes are high in both soluble and insoluble dietary fiber, are high in minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium and are a good source of B-complex vitamins such as thiamine, niacin and folate. Legumes contain a rich amount of phyto-estrogen which is know to have a powerful and large variety of health benefits. Phyto-estrogen incredibly helps with aging diseases, menopausal symptoms, cancers, and heart/vascular diseases. They are super anti carcinogens. Phyto-estrogens block the growth of skin cancer cells and make bone dissolving osteoclasts less active. Other food sources of interest that are high in phyto-estrogen are, green vegetables, cabbage, licorice and ginger.


    Nuts and seeds contain the most nutritional essential oils in the food kingdom. Researchers found that people who eat nuts regularly have lower risks of heart disease. In 1996, the Iowa Women’s Healthy Study found that women who ate nuts 4+ times a week were 40% less likely to die of heart disease. Nuts and seeds are rich in fiber, phyto-nutrients and antioxidants such as Vitamin E and selenium. Nuts are also high in plant sterols and fat – but mostly mono-unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (omega 3 – the good fats) which have all been shown to lower cholesterol. Some nuts and seeds possess beneficial properties that can help stabilize moods, improve memory, relieve insomnia and slow the aging process.

    A special family of nuts contains a very important new vitamin scientists have called Vitamin B17. This group is know as the Prunus family and includes; apples, bitter almonds, apricot, blackthorn, cherry, nectarine, peach and plum. The component in these seeds is called a nitriloside and contains one molecule of cyanide. The molecule found in these seeds are totally inert in the body, until they encounter a cancer protein. Patients with cancer who choose nutritional therapy have a much better survival rate that those who undergo conventional therapy. Cancer can not survive in the a body of a person that consumes apricot seeds.


    Soy milk is a healthier substitute for dairy milk with lots of health benefits. Soy milk is high in plant protein that will cause less loss of calcium through the kidneys, and as explained earlier animal and dairy protein creates a higher risk for bone loss and osteoporosis. Soybeans are unique among the legumes because they are a concentrated source of isoflavones. Its biggest benefit is the isoflavones (phyto-estrogen) which as discussed earlier help in the prevention of many cancers, heart disease, osteoporosis and other diseases. Each cup of soy milk contains about 20 mg isoflavones (mainly genistein and daidzein). Although Soy milk isn’t fat-free, it’s oils are mono-unsaturated and therefore very healthy and also reduces cholesterol. Soy milk has only about a quarter of the calcium, compared to cow’s milk but remember only 25% of cow’s milk is absorptive let alone the loss of calcium associated with the high acid load milk and dairy has on the body. Soy protein can reduce the risk of rectum and bowel cancer by 86%. Fermented soy products is a great source of Vitamin B12 . Soy milk is free of the milk sugar (lactose) and is a good choice for people who are lactose intolerant. Soy milk and soy protein shakes is a the logical health alternative to cow’s milk.


    There are thousands of different types of fruit available to eat, all of which provide us with strong health benefits. Fruit helps to regulate your body’s digestive process. Fruits are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folate (folic acid), vitamins C, A and E which are important anti-oxidants, protecting your body from the damage caused by free radicals. A 2006 study showed that people who drank fruit or vegetable juices more than three times a week were 76 percent less likely to develop Alzheimer’s than those who drank juice less than once a week. It may also help prevent other deteriorating conditions of the brain. Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet may; reduce risk for stroke and other cardiovascular diseases, reduce risk for type 2 diabetes, protect against certain cancers such as mouth, stomach, and colon-rectum cancer. Fruits that contain supreme anti-oxidants include; Strawberries, plums, oranges, red grapes, kiwis and bananas. It has been recommended that we should be eating at least 5 pieces of fruit every day in order to gain the full health benefits of eating fruit.


    It is important to eat more raw vegetables than cooked when possible. Our bodies are designed to thrive on raw vegetables. Cooking foods destroys the nutritional values in foods and we may develop many deficiency disease as a result. Eating a varied diet that consists of mainly raw food will ensure that you get lots and lots of nutrients into your body. Important vegetables that contain powerful preventative antioxidants are; Kale, spinach, brussel sprouts, alfa-alfa, broccoli and celery.     In studies, women who ate spinach and other greens at least twice a week had an 18 percent lower risk of cataract surgery than women who consumed them less than once a month. Also studies show men who ate broccoli more than twice a week had a 23 percent lower risk of cataract surgery than men who consumed broccoli less than once a month. Tomato juice stimulates food metabolism and reduces the risk of prostate cancer in Men. Vegetable juices deliver another important group of nutrients, know as enzymes. Enzymes are a key factor for your overall body health. Enzymes enable the digestion, absorption and conversion of food into body tissue. Enzymes are also essential for the production of energy at the cellular level, and are known to prevent cell damage. A raw food diet creates major improvements in health. One very obvious improvement resulting from a raw food diet is in the digestive system. Vegetables provide an alkaline residue which reduces the risk of uric acid crystallization in the urine. Lutein, a carotenoid pigment found in broccoli, spinach and other green vegetables, is associated with a lower risk of ovarian cancer. It is important to eat a wide range of RAW vegetables and all you need to do is eat 5 servings a day. Eating the correct amount of vegetables every day will reduce your risk of developing heart disease, type II diabetes, and some types of cancer. Fresh vegetable also decrease the incidence of high blood pressure, diverticulosis, pulmonary disease, bronchitis, asthma, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

The bran and germ in the wheat contain nutritional oils and vitamins, these been; vitamin E, lecithin and omega 3 fatty acids. Now days these important elements have been removed for industry purposes and bread is packed with preservatives to allow the bread to last much longer, thus the creation of white bread. So avoid white bread/pastas when possible and consume wholemeal bread and pastas packed with healthy oils and vitamins. The fiber in wholemeal bread also helps to naturally drop sugar levels in your body.


    Water is required for digesting food, getting rid of various toxins in the form of urine, sweat and fecal matter. It renders the colon more effective by forming new fresh blood, known in medical terms as Haematopaises. Water helps to Lubricates joints. It Transports nutrients and is present in blood as the carrier of oxygen and nutrients to all our body cells. Water present in lymph (a fluid that is part of our immune system) helps the body to fight against various diseases. During the day drink enough water and fruit juices frequently to replenish hydration.

    It is recommended that we filter tap water. Many counties’ tap water contains Chlorine and Fluoride. Did you know these are very toxic to the body. Fluoride especially has a higher toxin rating that Lead. Fluoridation of drinking water violates the rights of individuals and families to free choice and informed consent. The science that supposedly shows fluoridation to be beneficial is very flimsy, while there is much evidence to indicate that it is a health hazard. If fluoride helps teeth at all it is by application to the outside surfaces of the teeth only, not by ingestion. Fluoride accumulates in the body, and many of the side effects are long term, developing over many years. Children are at higher risk. 23 studies over the last 15 years show impairment of brain development, IQ, when consuming fluoride in drinking water.

    The best filtration choice is a high quality activated carbon filter. Although activated carbon is not normally recommended for fluoride reduction, it is known that under the right conditions carbon does remove some of the fluoride from tap water. And even if fluoride removal is minimal, carbon filtration makes significant other improvements by removing chlorine, chloramines, the by-products of chlorination, and chemicals in general. Unfortunately we must filter tap water at our own expense to get its maximum health benefits to avoid these harmful chemicals from entering our bodies.


    It is important to maintain an alkaline state in the body and this is becoming more widely accepted as research points to the benefits. Generally speaking, the body has a pH of about 7.4, or slightly alkaline. Many of the bacteria and other organisms that would harm the body are unable to survive in this alkaline environment. Today’s life style contributes to a very large acid load on our bodies mostly because of our poor diet. Around 90% of the adult population is acidic. An unhealthy diet consisting of meat, dairy products, smoking, alcohol and coffee contributes to an increase acid load in the body. To protect your self your body naturally creates calcium carbonate to nutralise this acid load. Fat loss is extremely difficult in acidic bodies since the body protects its vital organs by transporting excess acids into the fat cells. An acid load effects the blood stream by weakening red blood charge created then to clogs together and die. Dead red blood cells release even more acid to the system. This reduces oxygen transfer in the blood vessels starving your body of energy.     Of all the mammals, humans’ milk has the lowest protein content and the lowest ratio of casein to whey. Dairy products contribute to cholesterol. Both the fat and the protein in milk are extremely highly associated with an increase in cholesterol in the body. Vegans have a better cardiovascular status than vegetarians who consumed dairy products. Iron deficiency is more likely to occur on a dairy rich diet. Insulin dependent diabetes (Type I) is linked to dairy products. A Harvard study found that when dairy products consumption exceeds the enzymes’ capacity to break down galactose, there is a build up of galactose in the blood, which may affect a woman’s ovaries, linking to Ovarian cancer. Milk is one of the most common food allergies. Like other products from animals, breast secretions contain frequent contaminants, from pesticides to drugs. North American Whites and White Europeans are generally not lactose intolerant. The break down of lactose results in two components, these been glucose and galactose. Unfortunately after a human has weened, the enzyme Beta-Galactosidase is not produced in the human body. In effect galactose is not broken down but stored in the skin and the eyes. Galactose deposits in eye over time results in damage of the lens of the eye, leading to cataracts. Casein is a very hard protein to digest, requiring a very specialised enzyme.

    In infants, the most important development is the brain and nervous system. Casein is only useful for muscular and skeletal development, not brain. The protein in cow’s milk is geared for their own species and is not fit for human consumption. Drinking cow’s milk may weaken immune function in children and lead to problems with recurring infections. Breast feeding provides correct antibodies, correct white blood cells and lactoferrin which blacks E.Coli bacteria growth.

    Osteoporosis is caused by a number of things, one of the most correlated being too much dietary dairy protein. Iowa (a dairy state) has a higher rates than the national average for human leukemias in the US. The top dairy consuming countries in the world have the highest rate of breast cancer, prostate cancer and osteoporosis; these been Norway and Switzerland. Just 4 glasses of milk a week will increase the probability of having prostate cancer in Men by 2.5 times. Many diseases such as tuberculosis, brucellosis, diphtheria, scarlet fever, Q-fever and gastro-enteritis are transmissible by milk products. Dairy products are associated with other symptoms; Chronic fatigue, hyperactivity, respiratory difficulties, early atherosclerosis, acne, rheumatoid arthritis. Only 25% of the calcium in cow’s milk is absorbed by the body. Cheese for example requires up to 8– 12 hours digestion time in the stomach at a very low pH of 1, which is extremely acidic. This increase in acid load requires the need for the body to create calcium carbonate to neutralise this acid. This calcium carbonate actually is drawn from your bones. So dairy actually depletes calcium from your bones. Milk and dairy products are not fit for human consumption especially infants.


    The three main ones are theophyline, theobromine and caffeine. These chemicals are quite toxic and contribute to; increase of fatty acid concentration in the body, high blood pressure, increase in adrenaline, nerve poisoning, are enzyme suppressants and are carcinogen promoters. The main groups of foods they belong to are black and green teas, cocoa products such as chocolates and obviously coffee. Caffeine stimulates your adrenal glands to release adrenaline and cortisol. Your liver then releases incredible amounts of glycogen into the blood stream. Avoid new age caffeine drinks as well. Commercial herbal teas are generally cleaner. Chinese medical herbal teas which are tailored to your specific needs are also a healthy choice. Carob chocolate is also a very healthy substitute for everyone.


    We do not require as much protein in our diet as you would probably think. The daily requirement of protein has been found to be 0.75 grams / kg mass. All excess protein can not be stored, thus is converted into fatty acids (yes that’s correct, excess protein is instantly fattening), and the byproducts, from a meat protein source, from this chemical alteration releases an excess of nitrogens which is toxic. A higher ratio of dietary animal protein to plant protein also increases the rate of bone loss. Plant protein is also much easier to digest. The omega-3 fatty acid that exists in fish is called Eicosapentanoic acid. This fatty acid does not exists in nature in this form. Our body does this by regulating the conversion of Alpha Linolenic acid, which naturally exists in the food kingdom, to Eicosapentanoic acid. So plants is a much safer and logical source for omega-3 acids. Foods that contain super high levels of this Alpha Linolenic acid are; flaxseed linseed oil, walnuts, canola oil, wheat germ oil, soybean oil and Spinach. Food with medium levels are; avocados, turnips, safflower oil, sweet potatoes and bananas.

This sweetener contains protein based phenylalamines. These proteins are released directly into the blood stream after stomach digestion, rather processed correctly by the liver. When they enter the brain they cause the levels of serotonin in the brain to decrease which may result in pathological brain damage.

    Alcohol makes the body less able to break down and absorb important nutrients from food. Liver disease from alcohol use is a major cause of illness and death. Other diseases include alcoholic hepatitis, which involved inflammation of the liver and cirrhosis, which is scarring of liver tissue. There is evidence that even moderate drinking could cause damage to the liver. In women, as few 2-3 drinks a day has been linked to cirrhosis, and in men as few as 3-2 drinks a day. Alcohol misuse is believed to contribute to a number of mental health conditions including alcoholic psychosis, alcohol dependence syndrome and alcohol-related dementia. Long term heavy drinking is also a risk for depression and anxiety. Alcohol dramatically reduces the number of active Natural Killing (NK) cells in your body. NK cells are an important part of your immune system and studies have shown they do in fact kill cancerous cells. A review in 1994 found that one alcoholic drink per day was associated with an 11% increase in the risk of breast cancer compared with non-drinkers. Alcohol is also closely associated with strokes, bone metabolism, kidney disease, high blood pressure and heart disease.
