The plant kingdom was created to provides all the necessary vitamins, mineral and proteins our bodies require to live healthy lives. The plant kingdom is the only prescription we need for health and longevity.

It is interesting to note that the 3 biggest killers in Industrialized counties are:

1. Heart and Blood Vascular Diseases

2. Cancer

3. Prescribed Pharmaceutical Drugs

WHAT TO AVOID:

MILK & DAIRY PRODUCTS

Of all the mammals, humans’ milk has the lowest protein content and the lowest ratio of casein to whey. Dairy products contribute to cholesterol. Both the fat and the protein in milk are extremely highly associated with an increase in cholesterol in the body. Vegans have a better cardiovascular status than vegetarians who consumed dairy products. Iron deficiency is more likely to occur on a dairy rich diet. Insulin dependent diabetes (Type I) is linked to dairy products. A Harvard study found that when dairy products consumption exceeds the enzymes’ capacity to break down galactose, there is a build up of galactose in the blood, which may affect a woman’s ovaries, linking to Ovarian cancer. Milk is one of the most common food allergies. Like other products from animals, breast secretions contain frequent contaminants, from pesticides to drugs. North American Whites and White Europeans are generally not lactose intolerant. The break down of lactose results in two components, these been glucose and galactose. Unfortunately after a human has weened, the enzyme Beta-Galactosidase is not produced in the human body. In effect galactose is not broken down but stored in the skin and the eyes. Galactose deposits in eye over time results in damage of the lens of the eye, leading to cataracts. Casein is a very hard protein to digest, requiring a very specialised enzyme.

In infants, the most important development is the brain and nervous system. Casein is only useful for muscular and skeletal development, not brain. The protein in cow’s milk is geared for their own species and is not fit for human consumption. Drinking cow’s milk may weaken immune function in children and lead to problems with recurring infections. Breast feeding provides correct antibodies, correct white blood cells and lactoferrin which blacks E.Coli bacteria growth.

Osteoporosis is caused by a number of things, one of the most correlated being too much dietary dairy protein. Iowa (a dairy state) has a higher rates than the national average for human leukemias in the US. The top dairy consuming countries in the world have the highest rate of breast cancer, prostate cancer and osteoporosis; these been Norway and Switzerland. Just 4 glasses of milk a week will increase the probability of having prostate cancer in Men by 2.5 times. Many diseases such as tuberculosis, brucellosis, diphtheria, scarlet fever, Q-fever and gastro-enteritis are transmissible by milk products. Dairy products are associated with other symptoms; Chronic fatigue, hyperactivity, respiratory difficulties, early atherosclerosis, acne, rheumatoid arthritis. Only 25% of the calcium in cow’s milk is absorbed by the body. Cheese for example requires up to 8– 12 hours digestion time in the stomach at a very low pH of 1, which is extremely acidic. This increase in acid load requires the need for the body to create calcium carbonate to neutralise this acid. This calcium carbonate actually is drawn from your bones. So dairy actually depletes calcium from your bones. Milk and dairy products are not fit for human consumption especially infants.

AVOID ALKALOIDS

The three main ones are theophyline, theobromine and caffeine. These chemicals are quite toxic and contribute to; increase of fatty acid concentration in the body, high blood pressure, increase in adrenaline, nerve poisoning, are enzyme suppressants and are carcinogen promoters. The main groups of foods they belong to are black and green teas, cocoa products such as chocolates and obviously coffee. Caffeine stimulates your adrenal glands to release adrenaline and cortisol. Your liver then releases incredible amounts of glycogen into the blood stream. Avoid new age caffeine drinks as well. Commercial herbal teas are generally cleaner. Chinese medical herbal teas which are tailored to your specific needs are also a healthy choice. Carob chocolate is also a very healthy substitute for everyone.

MEAT / EGG PRODUCTS

We do not require as much protein in our diet as you would probably think. The daily requirement of protein has been found to be 0.75 grams / kg mass. All excess protein can not be stored, thus is converted into fatty acids (yes that’s correct, excess protein is instantly fattening), and the byproducts, from a meat protein source, from this chemical alteration releases an excess of nitrogens which is toxic. A higher ratio of dietary animal protein to plant protein also increases the rate of bone loss. Plant protein is also much easier to digest. Most common cancers in men are colorectal and prostate cancer, which are both highly correlated to rich meat diets. Heating and cooking of animal proteins creates chemical structures that are called heterocyclic amines. These amines are known to be carcinogenic. Animal protein and lymph gland cancer is very highly correlated. Studies have shown that people who eat meat more than six times a week increase the risk of diabetes by 4x.

Ovarian cancer is very highly correlated to eggs. Just eating four eggs a week increases a womans chances of ovarian cancer by 3x. In Europe, legislation does not allow the ordering of eggs in restaurants. When you mix plant products with animal products together, the digestion time will be that of the animal products. This means fermentation of the plant food occurs thus destroying most of its nutritional value.

Biological magnification is a major problem in animal foods today. This basically means as you go up the food chain you concentrate toxins. Although plants get sprayed with pesticides, the levels of pesticides in animals can be 10,000 time more concentrated than in the actual plants we eat them selves. Animals now days may be fed antibiotics, petrochemical wastes, growth promoters and all kinds of manipulates to reduce cost feed margins. Feeding antibiotics in small doses to chickens acts as growth promoter. What this does is makes any dangerous bacteria present in the meat resistance to antibiotics. Once a human ingests these our bodies can not fight these diseases. This is why we have seen such an outbreak and increase in bird diseases this decade such as the bird flu and semolina poisoning. Diarrhea and food poisoning are other obvious effects. Glenbuterol is a growth hormone used in cattle. It is a highly dangerous drug for human consumption.

We are told by the scientific world that we need fish to supply Omega-3 fats. Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid we require in our diet which is very healthy and fights heart disease. The omega-3 fatty acid that exists in fish is called Eicosapentanoic acid. This fatty acid does not exists in nature in this form. In fact too much of this in the blood stream can create all kinds of problems such as thromboses and even strokes. The amount of Eicosapentanoic acid in the blood must be carefully controlled and regulated. Our body does this by regulating the conversion of Alpha Linolenic acid, which naturally exists in the food kingdom, to Eicosapentanoic acid. So plants is a much safer and logical source for omega-3 acids. Foods that contain super high levels of this Alpha Linolenic acid are; flaxseed linseed oil, walnuts, canola oil, wheat germ oil, soybean oil and Spinach. Food with medium levels are; avocados, turnips, safflower oil, sweet potatoes and bananas.

SUGAR AND SALT INTAKE

There are 84 salt minerals required in the body. Table salt is only one of these. Adding sea salt to your diet is more beneficial rather than simply using NaCl (table salt). It actually tastes a lot better and does not burn the tongue. All vitamins and minerals need to interact with each other in the body to function correctly. During a high dose of sugar, the body’s sugar level incredibly escalates. As a result your body releases insulin to counter this other wise one would fall into a coma. This can lead to hyperglycemia, a condition can creates side effects such as sweatiness, increase heart rate, confusion, anxiety and actually more sugar cravings.

ADDITIVES

There are currently 8,000 different additives on the market. They can result in many different neurobehavioural reactions. They have been know to cause migraines, hyperkinesis, depression, dizziness, blurred vision, insomnia, fatigue. Certain anti-oxidant additives such as BHJ and BHA are very harmful. Colorants may cause hyperactivity, allergic reactions. Turtrazine is a particularly harmful colorant that can cause asthma. Preservatives such as sulfites, sodium benzoate and nitrates are harmful. Sulfites destroy thiamine (Vitamin B1), is a mutagen and can inactivate your RNA. Sodium Benzoate causes allergic reactions and acute urticaria. Nitrates are carcinogenic and inhibit the absorption of Vitamin A.

SWEETERNERS

The two main artificial sweeteners are Saccharine and Aspartame. They can be found in mints, sugar free gums, multi vitamins, milks, soft drinks and instant coffees. Saccharine is known to cause abnormal cardiac rhythm, nausea, is a mutagen and is a carcinogen. Lets look at Aspartame in more detail. It accounts for over 75% of all adverse reactions from all food additives. Up to 90 symptoms have been listed from the Department of Health regarding Aspartame. Some include; head aches, migraines, weight loss, seizures, heart palpitations, anxiety attacks. Aspartame is known to be a trigger for other serious illnesses such as; epilepsy, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, brain tumors and diabetes. This sweetener contains protein based phenylalamines. These proteins are released directly into the blood stream after stomach digestion, rather processed correctly by the liver. When they enter the brain they cause the levels of serotonin in the brain to decrease which may result in pathological brain damage.

PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS

The word “pharmacy” comes from the ancient Greek word Witchcraft. Amazingly, correctly prescribed pharmaceutical drugs is the 3rd largest killer in industrialized countries. This does not include the incorrectly prescribed pharmaceutical drugs. Most diseases are vitamin deficiency diseases and drug substitutes only remove the symptoms, they do not fix the cause. Our body is designed to give us warning signs when we are low on certain vitamins or minerals or even dehydrated. The pharmaceutical drug corporations are controlling the health systems all around the world and remember drug companies do not make money when you are well. Side effects of drugs are not side effects, they are the actual effects. The philosophy of pharmaceutical health reflects that your body is a random collection of chemicals that formed by change over millions of years (Evolution), and diseases should be treated with drugs. This is false doctrine and a form of global genocide.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol makes the body less able to break down and absorb important nutrients from food. Liver disease from alcohol use is a major cause of illness and death. Other diseases include alcoholic hepatitis, which involved inflammation of the liver and cirrhosis, which is scarring of liver tissue. There is evidence that even moderate drinking could cause damage to the liver. In women, as few 2-3 drinks a day has been linked to cirrhosis, and in men as few as 3-2 drinks a day. Alcohol misuse is believed to contribute to a number of mental health conditions including alcoholic psychosis, alcohol dependence syndrome and alcohol-related dementia. Long term heavy drinking is also a risk for depression and anxiety. Alcohol dramatically reduces the number of active Natural Killing (NK) cells in your body. NK cells are an important part of your immune system and studies have shown they do in fact kill cancerous cells. A review in 1994 found that one alcoholic drink per day was associated with an 11% increase in the risk of breast cancer compared with non-drinkers. Alcohol is also closely associated with strokes, bone metabolism, kidney disease, high blood pressure and heart disease.

GARLIC & ONIONS

Most people have heard most of their lives these are good for you, and although garlic and onions do contain useful phyto-chemicals, they also contain very dangerous toxins. “The reason garlic is so toxic, the sulphone hydroxyl ion penetrates the blood-brain barrier and is a specific poison for higher-life forms and brain cells. Babies from women who smoked during their pregnancy showed a decrease in number and increase is size of alveolar (lung air sacks). A healthy lung should have a large number of small sized alveolar.

BUBBLY SOFT DRINKS

Traditional soft drinks are very acidic, as well contain up to 12 table spoons of sugar . They create a high acid load in your body, which we discussed early can increases the rate of bone loss. Carbonated soft drinks are the single biggest source of calories in industrialized countries. Excessive use of carbonated beverages, sports drinks and fruit drinks can impact bone health, oral health and lead to obesity in young people. The high acid and sugar content provide a rich environment for dental decay. The high calorie content of soft drinks may add to the increasing rate of obesity in youth. Overweight adolescents are more likely to become overweight adults.

They contain harmful substances such as phosphoric acid, citric, malic, aspartame, caffeine and tartaric acid. A UK study has found the common additive E211 (sodium benzoate), which is found in most soft drinks, could deactivate parts of human DNA and cause hyperactivity in children. Coca-Cola Australia has no definitive plans to change the formulation of the popular drink in Australia, as the ingredients meet the guidelines set by the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). Pediatric dietitians say parents still need to be cautious about the amount of soft drink their children are consuming. Most new age sport drinks are diuretics, meaning they squeeze liquids out of the body, thus exacerbating dehydration instead of correcting it. Few electrolytes are lost during exercise. After exercise the body is usually in an electrolyte load having lost more fluids than electrolytes.

OILS & MARGARINE

All oils that have been extracted from their original source will always loose nutritional value. Plant oils have been shown to reduce the level of cholesterol. Only consume mono-unsaturated oils which only exists in the plant kingdom. All animal oils are toxic by nature and actually require vitamins A, C and E to remove them from the body. Avoid any heat refined oils. Stick preferably to cold press ones which retain nutritional value such as cold pressed olive oil. Cold pressed apricot kernel oil is also a very nutritional oil to make part of your diet. Avoid cooking in hot oils as heat exposure destroys the mono-unsaturated bonds creating carcinogens in the oil. Avoid all margarines that are refined through hydrogenated processes. These create trans-oils that are completely toxic to the body. They have been chemically tampered with to remain solid in room temperature. The human body cannot digest trans-oils, so they are instantly stored as cellulose under the skin. Women who eat 4 or more teaspoon fulls of margarine containing trans-oils a day have a 66% greater risk of heart disease that women who have margarine less that once a month.

VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS

Avoid using vitamin supplements as a substitute to a healthy nutritional diet. Vitamin supplements are missing key enhancements such as flavenoids that can increase the power of vitamins up to 20-50 fold. They should be used only along with a healthy balanced diet. Food is a complex source of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals, which all need to work together. It is best to get vitamins and minerals from eating a variety of healthy unprocessed foods. Taking vitamin supplements should be viewed as a short-term measure. The long-term use of some high-dose supplements can lead to symptoms of toxicity. Women who are planning to get pregnant or have just become pregnant should take a daily supplement of 400 mcg folic acid to help prevent spinabifida. Also people who have limited exposure to sunlight may lack vitamin D, which could be taken in supplement form

VACCINES

Surprisingly, vaccination has never actually been clinically proven to be effective in preventing disease, for the simple reason that no researcher has directly exposed test subjects to diseases. Vaccines could be causing more health problems than they solve by overloading immature immune systems. They could even be contributing to long-term problems such as MS or cancer in ways we don’t yet understand.

Many additives are used in vaccines as preservatives. One of the most harmful is Thimerosal (mercury). There is a strong correlation between mercury and autism in infants. Other additives are gastrointestinal toxicants, respiratory toxicants, neurotoxicants, liver toxicants, cardiovascular and blood toxicants, reproductive toxicants, and developmental toxicants. Other observed side effects are; encephalitis, convulsions that can lead to epilepsy, and arthritis, primarily from the rubella vaccine, long term health problems such as eczema, asthma and allergies. California’s autism rate has mushroomed 1000% over the past 20 years, with dramatic increases following the introduction of the MMR vaccine in the early 80′s. England had dramatic autism increases beginning in the 90′s, following the introduction of the MMR vaccine there.

There is an overabundance of examples where vaccines containing mercury, live HIV virus, live cancer and other horrors. The documented long term adverse effects of vaccines include chronic immunological and neurological disorders such as autism, attention deficit disorders, hyperactivity, allergies, dyslexia, and other conditions It is not necessary to overload a baby with so many vaccines simultaneously. There needs to be more care taken on deciding which are appropriate. Some infants receive 100 times the EPA’s maximum allowable amount of mercury through vaccines. Anthroposophical medical doctors recommend only the polio and tetanus vaccines. They believe contracting the other childhood infectious diseases is beneficial in that it strengthens and matures the immune system. Most childhood infectious diseases have few serious consequences in today’s modern world. The vast majority of the time, childhood infectious diseases are benign and self-limiting. The temporary nature of vaccine immunity can create a more dangerous situation in a child’s future, once they become adult.

Many believe that the vaccine industry is a bioterrorism attempt to control and introduce viruses and cancers into the populations. With every health care system and government being a potential buyer, it is little wonder that countless millions of dollars are being spent nurturing the growing multi-billion dollar vaccine industry. During the wars a specialised field called Retro-virology was developed which is believed to be responsible for the production of the Aids and Evola like viruses for warfare purpose and population control. The very same research is used in the development of vaccines in todays medical industry.

Many feel the population is been used as guinea pigs for an expanding vaccination program which lines the pockets of drug companies. We need more than patronising government reassurances that all vaccines are safe for every child and adult. Whatever your personal vaccination decision, make it an informed one. You have that right and responsibility. Parents should be wary of accepting blanket government health guidelines.
